About ACRIS Tracker™ - NYC Mortgage Ledger

ACRIS Tracker™ - NYC Mortgage Ledger is a research tool built to simplify how professionals explore New York City real estate financing. Every weekday, the city's Department of Finance records hundreds of new mortgage documents through ACRIS, the Automated City Register Information System. Those filings are public, but they live in a sprawling, difficult-to-navigate interface that buries the details that matter most: who is borrowing, which lender is issuing the loan, how much is being financed, and where the property sits.

Our app pulls that data together into a single, searchable workspace. You can filter by borough, date range, and document type, surface the largest loans and most active borrowers, follow specific borrowers or lenders over time, and export everything to Excel for deeper analysis. We built it for mortgage brokers tracking refinance activity, real estate investors scouting neighborhoods, lenders watching the competition, title companies, journalists, and anyone who needs a clearer picture of the city's mortgage market.

ACRIS Tracker™ - NYC Mortgage Ledger is built and maintained by a small team focused on making public property data more usable. We aggregate records from NYC Open Data, present them in a clean interface, and add tools for watchlists, alerts, and export; so the time you spend researching goes toward insight, not data entry.
